Industry Regulation
Cornerstone Compliance provides easy-to-use features for compliance with industry regulation. Cornerstone Compliance allows administrators to assign training (online, instructor-led or otherwise) to any group of employees and provide real-time tracking of course completion status. The system supports proxy or batch enrollment by any organizational unit – division, business unit, physical location, job position, pay grade, etc.
The platform comes pre-loaded with hundreds of best-of-breed e-Learning content titles from leading providers like WeComply, ELT, Zoologic, and FT Knowledge for general HR or industry-specific compliance training. e-Learning classes are launched seamlessly from employees' personalized portals and completion can be reported on across the entire organization or on a decentralized basis.
Internal or Non-Industry Compliance
The Cornerstone Compliance system can also track any type of non-industry specific compliance training, including the types of activities often mandated by internal company initiatives, including:
- Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) defense
- Human resources directives, including state-regulated workplace harassment training (e.g. California's AB 1825)
- Human resources administration, including acknowledgements of employee handbooks and e-mail communications policies
- IT training compliance, including disaster recovery and security
Cornerstone Compliance delivers training or strategic documents to specifically prescribed groups of employees and automatically tracks completion of training or receipt of materials. As with all aspects of the Cornerstone Compliance system, administrators and managers can run reports on completion rates, no-shows, and much more – all online, securely and at any time.
